Accommodation in San Marino – in case you spend the night
For one night that we spent in San Marino, we choose hotel Dogana. This hotel is very much on a budget, for one night was just fine. Parking was a bit tricky, it was free but on the street. There was no special secured parking for the guests of the hotel There are other, perhaps more comfy hotels in San Marino such as Hotel Cesare, Hotel Rosa, La Grotta Hotel.

Where to eat & drink in San Marino
For the day that we spent in San Marino, we stayed in San Marino, the first night we had a dinner in Ristorante Pizzeria Il Monte. It was very good and not expensive! In the morning we had late breakfast in Bar La Torretta (Via Piana, San Marino) which I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Food was average, wait is long and they are taking advantage of the tourist and charging more. Save your money and spend it elsewhere. 😉
For Aperol and coffee we stop in Caffè divino (Salita Alla Cesta, 7, 47890 Città di San Marino, San Marino). There was had this cool view over the San Marino walls while sipping on a drink. This place also offers food but we didn’t try it.
Overall, San Marino boasts a delightful array of eateries offering a rich tapestry of Italian and local cuisine.
